Metamec clocks were mains electric powered, made in Dereham, Norfolk, England from 1947 through until 1984. The name “Metamec” is derived from “metal-work and mechanics”. During the 1960’s and 70’s Metamec was the largest clock manufacturer in the United Kingdom.
